There is no charge to book a consultation appointment. If you cannot attend, please call or WhatsApp us in advance so we can offer the slot to another patient.
Fees for consultations, tests and procedures are explained before they are carried out. Once a service has been provided, the fee for that service is non-refundable.
For any pre-paid package or scheduled procedure, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to discuss rescheduling. Refund eligibility for pre-paid services is assessed case by case.
To raise a refund or cancellation request, call us, message us on WhatsApp, or email the address below. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
